Am I eligible for membership with Phoenix Health Fund?
Because Phoenix Health Fund is an ‘exclusive access’ health fund, only certain people can join. If you have a relationship with any of the associated companies below then you are eligible for membership with Phoenix Health Fund.
You are eligible if you are:
- a current employee of an associated company;
- an ex-employee of an associated company;
- a close relative of a current employee or ex-employee of an associated company.
By ‘close relative’ we mean:
- a spouse or partner
- a son or daughter
- a brother or sister
- a mother or father
- a grandmother or grandfather
