Member Satisfaction Survey
Phoenix Health fund is pleased to announce the return of the annual Member Satisfaction Survey. Here is your open invitation to participate and have your say about what Phoenix Health Fund is doing well and where we need to improve.

2010 will mark the fifth year of Member Satisfaction research conducted across all HIRMAA private health funds. The research gained from your feedback enables Phoenix to track year on year movements in satisfaction ratings across a variety of measures; thus providing valuable member insights regarding Phoenix Health Fund’s products and services. This feedback is then used to help us serve you better.
The Member Satisfaction Survey is a web-based survey that takes about 5 minutes to complete. Please note that all answers will remain confidential and will not be connected with your personal information. The survey will be open for members to complete from the 1st of February and will close on the 19th of February at approximately 5pm.
