Member Satisfaction Survey ends: winners announced!

The end of February marks the close of Phoenix Health Fund’s member satisfaction survey. For the second year running, the fund has used this survey to get a better understanding of how its members feel towards the services they receive, as well as benchmarking member satisfaction with other funds and their members.

The 2010 Member Satisfaction Survey is being hailed as a great success by Phoenix Health Fund with a wonderful amount of member participation. Final results are looking very promising and at this stage it is predicted that over 99% of respondents are satisfied with the service that Phoenix Health Fund are providing.

This is a great repeat of last year’s results, where Phoenix Health Fund actually topped the HIRMAA funds as the number one fund for satisfied members. Judging by the initial results, Phoenix is confident of a great final result this year too.

The Fund’s CEO Bill Beaton was pleasantly surprised at the number of respondents.

“It’s great to see such a healthy amount of member feedback and participation, and such great results in the process.”

Phoenix Health Fund wishes to thank all those members who contributed to the survey. As promised, five $100 EFTPOS gift cards have been won by five lucky members. The winners of the gift cards include:
