Member Satisfaction Survey winners announced!

The Member Satisfaction Survey which was conducted in February 2011 was of great assistance and encouragement to Phoenix Health Fund. Almost 500 members sent through completed surveys, offering their thoughts and suggestions and giving valuable feedback.

All those members who participated in the survey were given a chance to win one of 5 x $100 gift vouchers. Below are the names of the five lucky winners:
