If you prefer to pay with your credit card over the phone:

- Use Biller Code 100172 and your reference number as shown on your invoice.
To pay online with your credit card, begin by completing the details below.
Your membership contributions can be paid by credit card 24 hours per day, 7 days per week using the methods above. Payments submitted before 7:00pm will be processed by the fund during the next working day.
Please refer to your invoice for other payment alternatives. Note that payment can not be accepted on the Phoenix Health Fund telephone numbers, or over the counter. Note also that payment by credit card does not extend to Direct Debit or BPay payments.
